PAYMENT

We accepts payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and HKD. Our online payment system supports payment via PayPal, and all major international debit and credit cards.

Online payments are processed via secured third-party payment gateways. You can check your payment status under My Account. If you have paid successfully but this has not been reflected in your payment status, or if you experience any other issues, please kindly contact our customer service at onlinesales@missyskins.com.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIME

We offer free international shipping on orders over USD$200. For orders less than this amount, we charge a flat rate of USD$25 per order. This is a global courier service which normally takes 2-4 days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. You can trace your order by logging into My Account after your
order has been dispatched.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends and China public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours after payment has been confirmed. During promotion periods and after public holidays, delivery lead times may be delayed and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We promise to refund or exchange any apparel or bag items that you are not completely happy with, provided you return it in its new, unworn condition (including all tags and packaging) within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned goods. Exchanges will be sent out to you within 3 working days.

Accessories (including hats, headwear and jewellery), items on final sale and items that have been worn, soiled, damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that you are responsible for the returns postage charge and you are responsible for the security of the returned item(s) until it is received at our offices. We recommend you use a traceable delivery method to ensure secure delivery, as unfortunately we cannot be liable for item(s) lost during returns transit.

In the event goods are faulty upon receipt by you, we will exchange the faulty item(s) at our cost.

We have provided a sizing chart so you can check our sizing against a sizing scale you're familiar with. If you are unsure of a particular fit, please contact us for fit recommendations to help you make the right size selection.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

(1) Complete the returns request form included with your delivery.
(2) Email our customer service at onlinesales@missyskins.com with your request and quote your order number.
(3) Return the goods to the below address – we advise you use a traceable method to ensure secure delivery.

(4) Due to China’s customs policy, customs duty and tax may be levied on your return goods. Please note that customers will be liable for any customs duty incurred and this will be deducted from the refund amount or from your original method of payment.
(5) Once the goods have been received and inspected by our staff, refunds will be remitted to your original method of payment within 3 working days. Exchanges will be sent out to you within 3 working days.

(1) Are your products authentic?
We dream up, design, manufacture and sell our own products, so every product comes with a big virtual smile and an authenticity guarantee.

(2) Tell me about your leather!
We source skins and trims from around the world. For Mainline collections, most skins are imported from abroad. For our vintage leather styles we use organic vegetable dyes so the well-worn and loved items in this leather will age beautifully. Our stretch leather is bonded with cotton to give extra comfort when against the skin and allows the garment to move with you.

Many of our techniques are still done by hand using old-fashioned machinery and hand-crafted techniques. As leather is a natural product, each skin has its own character and may appear slightly different to the next in tone and texture. This is what we love about leather!

(3) How do I care for my leather?

STRETCH LAMBSKIN LEATHER
This is 100% lambskin leather bonded with a stretch cotton.
Shading and irregularity are natural characteristics and should not be considered faulty.

Care Instructions
The best way to care for your stretch leather is to wear it! Your natural body oils and exposure to the environment will keep your leather soft and shiny.
Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth.
Hang dry in a well-ventilated and shaded area.
Creases will naturally fall out but should you like to iron your stretch leather, then only do so on the reverse fabric side on cool setting.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
For full garment cleaning, we recommend specialist dry cleaning or hand wash.

Hand Wash
Wash in cool water and if required, use only a small amount of mild detergent.
Wash separately, as the colors may run.
Do not soak.
Do not wring.
Hang to drip dry in a shaded area.
After washing, the leggings will return back to their natural slim fit just like new.

LEATHER (NON-STRETCH)
Shading and irregularity are natural characteristics and should not be considered faulty.
The best way to care for your leather is to wear it! Your natural body oils and exposure to the environment will keep your leather soft and shiny.
The front surface can be spot cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
Hang dry in a well-ventilated and shaded area.
Creases should naturally fall with wear but should you like to iron your stretch leather, then only do so on the reverse fabric side on cool setting.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
For full garment cleaning, we recommend specialist dry cleaning.

SUEDE
Shading and irregularity are natural characteristics and should not be considered faulty.
The front surface can be cleaned using a suede brush.
Wearing your suede garment in the rain and wet weather is not recommended, so bring an umbrella! 
Water might stain the leather leaving water marks. 
Creases should naturally fall with wear but should you like to iron your stretch leather, then only do so on the reverse fabric side on cool setting.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
For full garment cleaning, we recommend specialist dry cleaning.
