Our beautiful new-in Ata grass bags are hand-woven by artisans in Bali. Using Ata grass, a durable and moisture-resistant vine indigenous to the volcanic foothills of the Tenganan region, each bag can take up to 4 weeks to complete. The bags are woven with raw grass, then dried under the sun for a week before being smoked for 24 hours over a fire of coconut husks soaked in honey, lending the bags their warm golden hue and pleasant smoky aroma.

These ata grass bags are available exclusively through our Taobao store
